Destaque para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento e para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, que n\u00e3o criou confus\u00e3o nas filas e n\u00e3o jogou lixo no ch\u00e3o. Tudo muito civilizado.<\/p>\n<p>Dentre os Chefs e pratos estavam:<br \/>\n&#8211; Carlos Bertolazzi (Cuccina): Polenta ao rag\u00fa de pato ou ao cogumelo trufado<br \/>\n&#8211; Lucas Corazza (Barbar Confeitaria): Torta de lim\u00e3o com merengue e Torta de banana com ganache de chocolate gourmet, Cupcakes variados, Arroz Doce, Caf\u00e9 e Ch\u00e1 Gelado<br \/>\n&#8211; Raphael Despirite (Marcel): Hot dog \u00e0 francesa<br \/>\n&#8211; Andre Mifano (Vito) e Dagoberto Torres (Suri Ceviche Bar): Barriga de porco com batatinhas e salsa verde<br \/>\n&#8211; Fabio e Mario Benedetti (Paellas Peppe): Paella<br \/>\n&#8211; Benny Novak e Rodolfo de Santis (Tappo Trattoria): Mini rigatoni com rag\u00fa de ling\u00fci\u00e7a<br \/>\n&#8211; Janaina Rueda (Bar da Dona On\u00e7a): Estrogonofe de carne com arroz soltinho e batata chips<br \/>\n&#8211; Daniela Fran\u00e7a Pinto (Marcelino Pan Y Vino): Sanduiche de pernil, asssado na lenha com cebola caramelizada e salsa de tomate na baguete semi italiana \/ Sanduiche de ragout de cordeiro com legumes e maionese de raiz forte alem\u00e3 na baguete semi italiana \/ Pink lemonade<br \/>\n&#8211; Ailton Piovan (Mondiale): Baccala alla siciliana com p\u00e3o italiano<br \/>\n&#8211; Marcelo E Luis Pinheiro (Tarsila): Arrumadinho de carne de sol<br \/>\n&#8211; Katia Barbosa (Aconchego Carioca): Arroz de rabada com agri\u00e3o<br \/>\n&#8211; Pedro Tarantino (Vinil Burguer):Vinil burger, cebola caramelizada levemente adocicada, cebola desidratada, picles da casa e bacon, com tr\u00eas op\u00e7\u00f5es de queijo: cheddar, prato ou provolone<br \/>\n&#8211; Leandro Freitas (Nakombi): Temaki de salm\u00e3o<br \/>\n&#8211; Juliana Motter (Maria Brigadeiro): Brigadeiros<\/p>\n<p>Experimentei o Hot dog \u00e0 francesa do chef Raphael Despirite, do Marcel. Uma experi\u00eancia fascinante, com ingredientes diferenciados para um hot dog como: olho bechamel, queijo gruy\u00e8re e salsicha tipo frankfurter na baguete. Fiquei encantado com o Arrumadinho com carne de sol do Marcelo e Luis Pinheiro, do Tarsila.
